Description

• Perform complex tasks and administer specific functions within the HR Operations department • Administer all leaves and configure the Learning Management System • Reconcile benefit invoices in an accurate and timely manner • Manage workers’ compensation claims • Assist with various audits • Assist as needed in managing the HR Inbox

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in an HR Operations role • Experience managing leaves of absences and/or accommodations • Experience administering a learning and management system and associated programs • General understanding of Federal and state employment laws • Good communication skills, both oral and written • Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle confidential information • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
