• Building trusted and influential partnership with leaders within the organization • Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on people initiatives • Serves as a subject matter expert leading talent lifecycle initiatives • Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources as a People Business Partner • Experience working in a role that supported multiple field locations • Strong communication, written, and presentation skills • Ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, multiple priorities, and an evolving environment
