• Support HR operations throughout the end-to-end employee life cycle • Drive development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention • Collaborate with business leaders and department heads on HR-related matters • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize HR operations and programs for enhanced efficiency and employee experience • Monitor employee compliance and training in Learning Management Systems • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations • Generate reports for cross-functional partners on key metrics

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR experience • Ability to execute HR programs and initiatives effectively • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in Google suite and strong Excel/Google sheets skills • Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion • Bonus: Experience in high-growth organizations • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
