Description

• Analyze, research, design and implement a new HRIS platform to ensure efficiencies and public compliance in collaboration with the CPO and VP of Talent Acquisition • Evaluate overall HR tech stack (including ATS) against market trends and best practices to recommend cutting-edge technology solutions • Ensure accurate data migration from Paycom into new HRIS • Customize and maintain all aspects of our HRIS, including develop process workflows, system configuration, integrations, testing, user training, and reporting/dashboard enablement • Analyze HRIS business processes and perform updates as needed to enhance business workflow • Serve as a functional and technical People systems and data subject matter expert • Manage HRIS enhancements and prioritize communication and roll-out of regulatory changes, state and local requirements, and relevant new releases • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements • Analyze complex data in the HRIS and ATS for trends and areas for improvement; creates reports and graphs for Executive Stakeholders based on those findings • Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of systems • Manage project workstreams, develop timelines, and communicate project goals and milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years HR technology experience in a global, fast-paced environment with an emphasis on high quality and creative technical solutions • Public company experience required • Progressive experience designing, configuring and maintaining HRIS and other People systems • Demonstrated experience performing complex reporting and analysis • Extensive experience implementing and managing enterprise tools and integrations • Able to effectively present technical and functional information to all levels of the organization • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Outstanding attention to detail
