• Lead the development and execution of People Strategies in alignment with organizational goals and overall business strategy. • Drive the integration of People initiatives with broader business objectives. • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize organizational effectiveness through strategic HR practices. • Serve as the first point of contact and a trusted advisor to employees (triaging and escalating when appropriate, providing guidance and support on a wide range of professional and personal issues.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of previous HR/People Business Partner experience • Strong understanding of HR processes including management/leadership development, performance management, and employee relations. • Previous experience in designing and implementing management/leadership development programs and/or learning and development initiatives preferred • Business savvy; can quickly develop the business sense to offer relevant solutions • Highly adaptable, action-oriented, and solutions-focused. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that balances being assertive and humble – can overcome resistance and effectively manage change. • Ability to operate tactically and strategically, driving results. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. • A positive can-do attitude; can navigate through the challenges and find solutions and will adapts quickly to feedback
