• Support the CEO and senior leaders in day-to-day operations and decision-making process • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives • Develop and implement company-wide policies and processes • Monitor and report on key performance metrics • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive their implementation • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred) • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across different teams and functions • Analytical mindset and ability to analyze and interpret data • Experience in a startup or tech-driven environment.
