• Conduct a wide range of battery testing and characterization experiments following established protocols.
• Prepare and assemble cells for testing, including data acquisition systems and test fixtures.
• Execute electrical, thermal, and mechanical tests to evaluate battery performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on integrating our battery cells into battery packs and electric vehicles.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and customers, offering pre-sales support through product presentations, technical consultations, and feasibility assessments.
• Work closely with the engineering team to customize battery cell designs and specifications to meet customer needs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop technical marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and application notes, to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our battery cells.
• Create customer-facing documentation, such as technical specifications and product data sheets to facilitate integrating and utilizing our battery cells in customer applications.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, informing product development and marketing strategies.
• Lead training sessions and workshops for customers to enhance understanding of our battery cell technology and its applications.
• Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer inquiries or issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
