Product Manager

• We're looking for a dynamic Product Manager to propel us into a new era of integration excellence, paving the way to serving our partners efficiently and plan for our next growth phase.
• This pivotal role is centered on crafting an integration framework that takes a product-first approach.
• You'll tackle the ambitious goal of developing a system that simplifies data ingestion from our partners, initially and on an ongoing basis enhancing their engagement with Stellic to enrich user experiences.

As a Sr. Product Designer, you’ll own the end to end design process — work closely with the founders, PMs, engineers from concept to delivery. You’ll do this at a fast pace, high-growth, mission-driven series A startup in enterprise SaaS.
We have found true product/market fit and we are now taking it to the next level. We are currently looking for a Sr. Product Designer to join the team. As a Sr. Product Designer, you will own the end to end design experience for large product areas — work closely with the PMs to define and design experiences, and turn it into reality with our engineering team in Pakistan. 
This role is hybrid remote and located in San Mateo 3 days per week.
• Work closely with the Product and Engineering counterparts to conceptualize and execute creative solutions to delight our users
• Tackle complex product design challenges by synthesizing business, technology, and user needs into simple, holistic design solutions

• Relationship Management: Become an effective point of contact for institutions. Build and cultivate deep, trusted, and transparent relationships with our Partners, exceeding their expectations during every phase of the customer lifecycle.
• Value Realization: Establish clear Partner retention and success goals, including high product adoption and high platform utilization, and own delivery of those goals. Increase product NPS from 50 to 80. Identify potential opportunities for upsell which increases the impact on campus.
• Thought Partnership: Be a strategic “voice of the customer” thought-partner for our internal teams (product, marketing, sales) to recognize potential improvements for Stellic’s Product and Partnership experience.
• Partner Training: Get high NPS and adoption from training across diverse roles (advisors, registrar). Creating training courses and educational materials.
• 100% Renewals: Own renewals for all their partners end-to-end.

Enterprise Customer Success Manager

• Deeply understand Stellic’s users — students, staff, and academic leadership
• Own the roadmap of the product for the Student Success product, prioritizing across multiple stakeholders
• Work closely with our design team in the Bay Area and our engineering team located in Pakistan, defining the product features so they can successfully build our product for timely release
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver delightful, innovative experiences and solutions to user problems
• Get into the weeds - write the user stories, help with QA, create documentation, run standups — whatever it takes
• Be a true player-coach - you love (not just tolerate) being an individual contributor and can also be an inspiring coach to an APM working in this product area
