Description

• Render is looking for an Executive Assistant. As a deep partner to our leadership team, you will work closely with two or more of our executives to enhance their productivity and effectiveness. • The ideal candidate is a highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting an Executive at a growing tech company. • Prior experience in a startup environment. • An ability to operate with a very high level of independence. • Strong judgment and decision-making skills. For example, the ability to utilize business context to independently determine how to allocate an executive's time. • Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. This EA will minimize mistakes by being thorough and quality-focused, and look around corners to get ahead of problems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Highest level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with care and confidence. • Someone who will establish deep relationships with key stakeholders and throughout the organization. • Someone who is comfortable pushing back on requests, when appropriate, to enable the Executive Team to remain focused on the most critical priorities. • Proficiency in calendaring, communication, and document management tools. (we use G-Suite, Slack, Slab, Zoom)
