Description

• Anticipate the needs of the Executive, leadership, and broader team members, helping the organization stay focused on resolving issues before they arise • Move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Envoy news, activities, and customer needs • Provide high-level administrative support to our executives including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential communications with discretion • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, working closely with the executive team to refine and execute business strategies • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and the efficient execution of projects and initiatives • Organize and oversee executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items • Take ownership of special projects, from conception through to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget • Guide teams and projects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a EA/ Chief of Staff • 2-4 years of experience ideally in a high-growth company • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field highly preferred • Proven experience in an executive support role, with a preference for candidates who have also held strategic or leadership positions. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for building relationships across all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving. • Proficiency in office management tools and software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies. • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
