Description

• As Hummingbird’s foundational IT and Security hire, we are looking for someone who can build from scratch, implement IT best practices and partner cross functionally with other areas of the organization. We need someone interested in making an impact by driving IT and Security initiatives across the company. You’ll have the opportunity to wear many hats and learn and grow across multiple practice areas.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience working in IT and Security, ideally for a remote-first SaaS start-up • Experience building IT processes from scratch and implementing best practices at a remote-first company • Experience in SOC2 processes and procedures • Deep understanding of MacOS and Apple products • Experience with SSO/SAML solutions such as Okta (or similar) • Great interpersonal and problem solving skills • The ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with multiple teams across the organization • Experience implementing and managing a device management solution such as Jamf (or similar) • Experience managing and configuring Google Workspace.
