• Make our platform better on a daily basis. • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise in our production environment. • Communicate throughout the day with team members to understand issues. • Help our operations team to resolve unexpected issues with the system. • Identify and document issues that need development for new features or enhancing existing features. • Participate in electronic communication channels on a constant basis as part of your daily work.
• 2-5 years of hands-on technical support and documentation experience in industries centered around customer support, SaaS, or healthcare. • Efficiently able to identify, troubleshoot, and prevent production issues by periodically reviewing logs and code. • Ability to communicate with a variety of non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to quickly learn new technology and tools. • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and execute accordingly in a fast-paced company environment. • Pacific timezone working hours. • Plus: Experience with or knowledge of Zendesk. • Plus: SQL knowledge.
