Description
• Design end-to-end network architectures that encompass our EPIC iO Solutions including bills of materials (BOM), scopes of work, design requirements and proposal documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the customer, to ensure alignment with requirements and project timelines. • Conduct on-site discovery as needed to gather required information in order to create a proposal. • Work with the sales rep in the creation and presentation of solutions for prospective customers • Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase of network projects. Work closely with project managers and the technology team to ensure proper configuration, testing, and deployment of network solutions. • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end-users as needed.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with software-defined networking and network virtualization technologies. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCIE, or equivalent. • Proven experience in network design, implementation, and optimization for carrier-based networking including VPN and IPSEC tunneling • Proficiency in networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, etc.). • Hands-on experience with network hardware and software from vendors such as Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto Networks, etc. • Experience with Peplink and Cradlepint design configuration and troubleshooting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
