Description

• We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our team during the exciting launch of DatabookGPT, a platform set to revolutionize sales strategies with its advanced, personalized account intelligence. • In this role, you will focus on understanding the impact of Generative AI on the sales technology ecosystem. • Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will explore how emerging technologies can be harnessed to deliver significant value to our users and maintain DatabookGPT's competitive edge.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in user research or a related field, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment. • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage application users, generate enthusiasm, and gain their commitment for in-depth research activities. • Experience with enterprise-level product strategy, particularly in creating and scaling user-centric solutions. • A keen interest in directly engaging with users to deeply understand their needs and ensure successful deployment of new features. • Enthusiasm for startup environments, demonstrating initiative and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. • Strategic thinking skills to prioritize impactful activities in a fast-paced setting. • Understanding of the sales technology landscape and enterprise sales processes.
