Description
• Deliver programming that builds scholars’ social emotional strengths and connects students and caregivers to community resources • Cultivate strong community partnerships • Support scholar success by monitoring program engagement and providing appropriate resources to families and caregivers • Full-time, exempt position • Work under pressure • In-person work required
Requirements
• 5 years of relevant work experience with underserved youth (ages 14-22) • Depth of experience working with underserved youth ages 14-22 • Experience cultivating and maintaining strong active partnerships with community-based organizations • Passionate about scholar success by monitoring program engagement • Strong sense of resolve and work well under pressure • Adept at assessing scholar/caregiver needs and connecting them to appropriate resources • Fluent in Spanish • Excited to work with students in-person 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Monday - Friday with flexibility for occasional morning and weekend hours
