Description

• Own monthly financial analysis and reporting for all departments and business lines, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to inform key decisions and drive company strategy. • Collaborate closely with the VP of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cash management. • Develop reporting to track key performance metrics. • Work cross-functionally on financial planning, pricing, margin analysis, and benchmarking. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience in a financial analyst role; experience working for a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree required; major in finance, business, economics, or related field is preferred. • Proficiency with financial modeling and knowledge of GAAP including key areas such as revenue recognition are critical. • Proven analytical abilities, well-developed communication and organizational skills, and keen attention to detail are vital.
