Description

• Manage and lead the payroll team, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Review and reconcile payroll data, including deductions, withholdings, and company contributions • Ensure accuracy of payroll calculations and resolve any discrepancies or issues • Prepare and distribute payroll reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Payroll Manager, preferably in the government contracting industry • Strong knowledge of payroll processing procedures • Experience managing a payroll team and overseeing payroll operations • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
