Description

• Assist in various day-to-day operations, including ticket order fulfillment and report auditing/reconciliation • Set-up Box Office windows pre-game • Coordinate and communicate nightly duties to Box Office staff and ensure supplies are distributed • Staff Ticket Resolution window during game - distribute all tickets via SMS, assist with Warriors app questions, resolve ticket issues and answer general questions and provide directions • Serve as back-up to Sr. Director of Ticket Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 1-2 years of ticket operations or Box Office experience • Superior attention to detail and administrative skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with various ticketing systems (e.g., Archtics, Ticketmaster) preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills • Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization • Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to work all Warriors home games (preseason, regular season, postseason) and Chase Center concerts and events as needed
