Description
• Oversee the development of Vouch’s internal systems and tools • Collaborate with Vouch’s Customer, Sales, Operations, and Underwriting Teams • Identify and utilize emerging technologies • Monitor and measure launched products • Formulate and communicate product plans, benefits, and results to internal stakeholders
Requirements
• BA/BS in Industrial and Operational Engineering, Product Engineering, or a related product management field • At least two years of targeted experience in operations or product management • Experience working with CRM systems, Ticketing Systems, Software Automation, Paas/SaaS (Platform/Software as a Service), and Cloud Database Querying through AWS, GCP, and Azure
