Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm's goals and enhance its market presence. • Lead and expand the marketing department, nurturing a team of marketing professionals. • Manage significant budgets for both traditional and digital marketing channels, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.’ • Spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, to generate leads and elevate online presence. • Enhance client engagement through innovative community and event marketing. • Analyze market trends and marketing data to continuously refine our marketing efforts and improve performance. • Work collaboratively across departments to integrate marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • Proven marketing leadership experience of over 8 years, ideally within a professional services or law firm setting • Strong background in digital marketing, with demonstrated successes in improving online visibility and lead generation • Expertise in managing traditional media and advertising buys, with a keen understanding of optimizing marketing spend • Excellent leadership skills with experience building and mentoring a team • Data-driven mindset with a capacity to translate analytics into actionable marketing strategies • Ability to operate both at a strategic level and be hands-on in implementing marketing activities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders • Experience managing budgets in excess of $3 million.
