• The Marketing Director is an exciting role that will oversee the marketing strategy for Taco Bell Latin American & the Caribbean (LA&C). • This role is responsible for building the future of the brand in the region, driving Taco Bell’s unique culture, while acting as a brand ambassador and a key influencer.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred in business, marketing or related field • Minimum 10 years preferred of relevant experience • Experience in QSR/restaurant industry, CPG, marketing/advertising agency, or multi-channel retail industry – international and/or franchised business experience highly recommended, experience in Latin America a plus • A strong grasp of key business and industry drivers and a track record of capitalizing on identified consumer trends, insights, and data analytics to develop creative/breakthrough business-building strategies • Impactful and articulate communicator with ability to conduct business (read, write and present) in fluent Spanish and English. Familiarity with Latin American culture preferred.
