Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain Western and Eastern-based Customer Type. • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through contract negotiation and closing. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer trends and requirements. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions precisely meet customer needs. • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets by expanding customer base and fostering growth within existing accounts. • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably SaaS in the construction, civil engineering, or related industry. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders. • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
