• Enabling the future of responsible GenAI development • Creating new relationships with clients and selling solutions that drive an ethical supply chain in AI • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and solution engineering teams to uncover prospect pain points and position GenAI offerings • Supporting Sama’s mission to drive social impact and lift more people out of poverty • Using CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and report on sales activities • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and the company's products or services

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business development or similar role • Must have knowledge about or be very interested in Gen AI and model development • Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading • Ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports • Previous experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Asana, and automated outbound tools (e.g., Outreach, Sales loft) • Understanding of Account-Based Marketing strategies and playbooks • Eager to create and implement new ideas for outbound campaigns
