Description

• Prepare and record monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries for accounting system • Prepare and maintain monthly accounting support workpapers • Complete monthly bank and other reconciliations • Perform account and variance analysis as requested by management • Complete monthly bank fee analysis for the company and analyze results for management decision-making • Supports the preparation of supplemental financial exhibits and various other accounting statements and reports • Perform vendor cost analysis supporting schedules to identify ways to improve financial results

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or business-related field • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or relevant business experience • Strong project management experience • Thorough understanding of GAAP and statutory accounting principles, policies, and controls • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
