• You take ownership, plan to win big, and deliver results while putting customers before the team, and before yourself. • You possess a strong understanding of the enterprise buyer mindset, are dedicated to ensuring great customer experiences, and have expertise building high-performing teams and scaling a business. • You are a player-coach who sets actionable priorities and is able to demonstrate how to challenge a prospective customer by articulating our vision, unearthing customer needs, tailoring our solution to their situation, and setting customer success up strongly to deliver value post-sale. • You are adept at selling large, complex deals involving multiple stakeholders. • You have experience executing managed POCs and converting those to multi-year contracts. • You’re highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic and you’re looking for the right company to support your growth. In this role, you will be a key partner of the leadership team.
• Drive ARR growth through strategic account acquisition and upselling initiatives. • Hire, develop, and manage high-performing sales teams focused on new business development and opportunity generation. • Deliver accurate weekly forecast reports, contributing to a culture of accountability and precision in our sales processes. • Design and implement a robust, scalable sales training program that equips our AEs and BDRs with the expertise to excel in the SaaS landscape. • Foster a dynamic and collaborative sales environment that upholds Productiv’s values and achieves ambitious sales targets. • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness and efficiency. • Ensure the sales team is organized and plans strategically, maintaining focus on the most impactful priorities.
