Description

• Lead the transformation of the organization’s analytical data and delivery capabilities. • Work with partners from Lab Operations, Project Management, Bioinformatics, and Informatics to maintain and improve systems for data analysis, data management, and data delivery. • Act as a champion of data-driven decisions and lead a team of engineers. • Lead business conversations, help requirements shaping, and drive design reviews in close collaboration with partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or analytics engineering. • 3+ years of Life Sciences domain experience and Laboratory software experience. Salesforce and other business systems knowledge. • Ability to lead and manage a team of engineers. • Strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to present data and its implications in a clear, concise manner. • Expertise in data engineering technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, and/or Java. • Experience working in CAP/CLIA environments and utilizing version control and documentation as managerial tools. • A deep understanding of analytics & engineering principles.
