Description

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy with a strong emphasis on automation for the Brokerage/Trading Platform. The ultimate goal - fully automated releases • Build and maintain a diverse testing environment, covering functional, integration, performance, chaos (potentially), and security testing across various platforms • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and management of a team of SDET Leads and senior individual contributors • Drive the adoption and improvement of advanced testing technologies and methodologies • Drive the implementation of engineering best practices in testing code and processes • Conduct selective code reviews, especially for tests and changes in testing infrastructure • Maintain high team morale and motivation, support career growth, and conduct regular performance reviews

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA • Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA Lead role • Strong experience in test automation (2+ years, TypeScript, JavaScript, etc.) • Proven experience managing a team of 5+ senior individual contributors and team leads in a large-scale testing environment, preferably in well-recognized product companies • Exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to efficiently handle multiple projects • Deep understanding of a wide range of testing methodologies and processes • Solid understanding of performance testing • Solid understanding of engineering practices • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team motivation and effective decision-making
