Description

• This role will be part of the Complaince Conduct and Investigations Team covering Anti-Bribery and Corruption (“ABC”) Program, Whistleblowing Program and Compliance Conduct related investigations • The role will require partnering closely with other Compliance Teams, Legal, Finance, Human Resources and other relevant business units • This role will develop and maintain a strong and efficient controls environment in order to comply with all applicable sanctions laws, regulations, and guidance for OKX’s global presence

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ABC, whistleblowing or compliance investigations • Knowledge and basic understanding of FCPA, UK Bribery Act (UKBA), and other equivalent ABC regimes • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with business partners • Project management skills to drive alignment across stakeholder groups to develop and implement controls and processes • Ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks • Intuitive, highly ethical and comfortable to question and challenge • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
