• Desktop Support Technician (L1) • Support clients by answering, logging, and troubleshooting incidents • Develop relationships through outstanding client service • Monitor computer hardware performance and diagnose system issues • Install and troubleshoot hardware and software applications • Utilize IT Service Management tools to track and route cases • Identify, prioritize, and escalate urgent situations • Perform system health check and mitigation to meet software and security standards • Uphold company core values

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in relevant field • A+ certification or equivalent years of experience • Minimum 2 years experience with installation and troubleshooting • Experience supporting Office 365
