• Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printer, mobile devices, phones, and other computer and telecommunications equipment • Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated with application software and operating systems; determine the source of the problems and classify their level, priority, and nature • Maintain inventory of installed software, manage software licensing, and create policies and procedures for upgrades • Work with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensure that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule • Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support • Train end user on usage of computer hardware and software • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues • Knowledge of IT security best practices • Proven history of successfully resolving a wide variety of technical issues in a timely manner • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
