Description
• Lead and manage a cross-disciplinary team • Establish state-of-the-art analysis techniques • Develop validation techniques and drive data collection activities • Define group objectives and key results • Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment • Responsible for employee performance management and development
Requirements
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field • Minimum of 15 years of proven domain expertise • At least 5 years of proven experience in leading and managing a multi-physics engineering analysis team • Knowledge of semiconductor packaging technologies • Experience in lab scale validation techniques • Proficient user of simulation tools and EDA tools • Understanding of software tools and IT infrastructure requirements
