Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, product development, or similar field • Certified in fashion technology, garment technology, and pattern cutting is a plus, economic study • Demonstrated proficiency in product costing, fabric sourcing, textiles engineering, and sustainability principles • Familiarity with sourcing processes, manufacturing techniques, and supply chain operations • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with a proactive approach • Resilient under pressure and results-oriented
