Description

• As our first UX Researcher, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and research approach. • Your main task will involve crafting and executing user research studies to delve deep into user needs, behaviors, and pain points for our Emerging Sports Product Group. • Collaborating closely with our product and design teams, you'll help steer strategic product decisions. • This role reports to the Director of Product Design and sits within our Product Organization.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of relevant user research experience working on digital experiences with a proven track record of generating actionable insights that result in measurable product improvements. • You have experience with a broad range of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, across the various stages of product development. • You collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, drive alignment around user needs, and incorporate peers into the research process. • You have a strong ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment. • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can present effectively to executive audiences. • You take the time to seek out and provide meaningful feedback because you know it's the best way to grow. • You are self-aware and humble.
