Description

• Apply technical knowledge to solve problems in collaboration with Product and Design teams • Generate 3D models, renderings, and 2D drawings • Conduct detailed mechanical analyses and prototype fabrication • Lead user experience and technical feasibility reviews • Drive collaboration with diverse expertise to solve full-stack problems • Work with a team of passionate, smart, and hardworking individuals • Travel to remote offices, test facilities, engineering partners, or manufacturing partners as needed

Requirements

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field • >5 years of experience in designing structures, enclosures, mechanisms, and assemblies • Excellent communication skills • Familiarity with product development process • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques • Strong analytical skills and engineering fundamentals • Fluency in 3D CAD and 2D drawings • Proficiency in prototype fabrication • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in failure analysis and root cause investigation
