Description

• As a Data Analyst at Finfare, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring, tracking, and developing enterprise-wide metrics to drive Finfare’s product and business strategies. The Data Analyst will work closely with the Data Product Manager to elicit reporting needs, serve as the go-to person to design and implement important metrics for verticals, and build enterprise-level dashboards.  • We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who is creative, can connect the dots across verticals, and an expert in data storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role analyzing data and creating data visualizations • Expertise in Tableau and building dashboards • Familiar with Databricks • Understanding of general data management practices • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Background in FinTech a plus but not required
