Description

• Reporting to the Manager, IT Operations • Responsible for ongoing expansion, maintenance, and support of the IT infrastructure • Drive initiatives to ensure reliability and actively contribute to the development of future-state strategies and roadmaps • Must be located in/near the San Francisco area, reporting to the office at least 4 days per week

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3-5 years in a Systems, Network, or Cloud Administration role in a hybrid infrastructure • 3+ years of hands-on Cisco network administration • Experience in Design/Architecture of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) • Possess in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, LAN/WAN/vLAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems with tools such as Zabbix, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Splunk • Minimum Operating System Experience: Windows Server 2012 • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred
