• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field • 5+ years of experience in HR or related fields • HR certification required • Excellent analytical skills • Prior experience supervising/managing a team preferred • Proven experience in project management • Experience in HR audits required • Experience in risk management and workers’ compensation initiatives preferred • Experience supporting HRIS implementation preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Critical thinking skills • High attention to detail
