Description
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws • Develop and implement HR policies • Conduct training sessions on labor laws • Audit HR practices for compliance • Identify and mitigate areas of risk • Supervise People & Culture Associates • Collaborate with other departments • Lead workers’ compensation activities • Handle employee relations inquiries • Provide change management support
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field • 5+ years of experience in HR or related fields • HR certification required • Excellent analytical skills • Prior experience supervising/managing a team preferred • Proven experience in project management • Experience in HR audits required • Experience in risk management and workers’ compensation initiatives preferred • Experience supporting HRIS implementation preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Critical thinking skills • High attention to detail
