Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team

Requirements

• Demonstrable history of delivering software reliably and on time and budget • Strong knowledge of standard software patterns and best practices • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (language and framework non-specific, although JavaScript and React are a plus) • Experience architecting and building medium to large web applications • Experience collaborating closely with product owners and back-end developers to deliver value to our customers and users • A passion and proficiency in user experience and web design
