• Learn and understand the intricacies of Medicare healthcare plans to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions. • Participate in training programs to develop sales skills and product knowledge. • Shadow experienced agents to gain practical insights into the sales process and customer interactions. • Collaborate with mentors and team members to enhance your sales techniques and customer service skills. • Strive to meet and exceed training milestones and performance goals.

Requirements

• Strong desire to pursue a career in sales, particularly in the insurance industry. • Willingness to obtain an Active Health Insurance License (Clearlink will cover all testing and licensing expenses). • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • Prior experience in sales is required. • Must pass the licensing exam prior to starting the position.
