• As a member of our Large Buyer Development team, the Buyer Growth Representative will manage buyer order issues, including payments, disputes, and logistics, and offer general buyer support using their experience in B2B sales and operations. Additionally, this individual will work closely with our account management, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable new transaction types and provide further operational support. This person will report directly to the Vice President of Buyer Growth. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of B-Stock’s business model, platform, solutions, and value
• 1+ years experience in Customer Service, Operations or Enterprise B2B Liquidation Sales or Account Management • High School Diploma or Equivalent. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability and willingness to work with tight deadlines and quick response times • Proficient in MS Office or G-Suite, Salesforce.com, and other CRM platforms • The ability to think creatively and find solutions to problems • Work well independently, remotely, and collaboratively
