Description

• Support the team in conducting a timely onboarding process in a new hire’s life-cycle • Update and maintain the HRIS system by inputting new employee information and employment details to ensure data consistency • Gather and prepare semi-monthly North America payroll and job-related changes for the Payroll team • Provide administrative support to the HR team including maintaining employee files and e-filing new employee documentation • Support HR team in various HR projects and activities during an employee’s life-cycle, such as developing and enhancing our HR SharePoint intranet site • Ensure compliance with employment-related regulations and established policies and procedures

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program majoring in Human Resources, or similar, with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale) • Proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Attention to detail and analytical skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • A positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Able to effectively manage competing priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
