In this role you will be traveling out to medical office locations and providing installation, set-up and configuration of the IT systems with Mac-leopard operating systems. You will also serve as a sales support and trainer on the Apple systems. Emphasis will be on providing five-star customer service and attention to detail, referral generation from existing business is a primary responsibility and the key to their five-star service.
Requirements:
Must have strong grasp of Apple software and hardware.
Must be either an ACTC (Apple Certified Technical Coordinator) or ACSA (Apple Certified System Administrator).
Excellent written and communication skills a must.
Networking certifications a big plus.
Must have at least 3 years of significant customer interaction in a day to day support or sales role.
