Responsibilities:
# Schedule, track and commit all unit deliveries for new products so ensure speed of light delivery in a fast pace environment
# Track and report status on all wafer and unit for new products
# Work with NPI PM & Business Units to define internal and external unit requirement
# Monitor fab starts, holds and releases to the risk plan
# Monitor wip movement, delivery & cycle time for initial engineering and production wafers
# Work closely with foundry manager and business unit on new product roll out and release control
# Monitor, prioritize and follow up on issues that will delay new product releases
Minimum Requirements:
# BS/BA degree or equivalent
# Min. 5 years planning experience in a high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment
# Fab planning & NPI planning experience a strong plus
# Good verbal and written communication skills required, strong analytical skill
# Must be able to work independently drive cross functional projects and in a fast pace environment
# SAP experience a plus
# APICS certification a plus
